  • What are your check~in and check~out procedures?
    **Mansfield Glamping Guest Process** 🏕️ | 1️⃣ | **Booking** 🖥️ | Visit our online portal and select your desired dates. Pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. | | 2️⃣ | **Booking Confirmation** 📧 | Check your email for a booking confirmation. This will have all the essential details of your reservation. | | 3️⃣ | **Pre-Arrival Letter** 🗺️ | Three days before your check-in, you'll receive a letter with directions and other vital instructions to ensure a smooth arrival. | | 4️⃣ | **Day of Check-In** 📱 | On your check-in day, expect a text from us. Please reply with your estimated arrival time. This helps our check-in personnel be ready to greet you. | | 5️⃣ | **In-Person Check-In** 🕒 | Arrive between 3 pm and 6 pm for a warm, in-person welcome. If you're arriving after 6 pm, you'll receive a map with your tent circled for easy navigation. | | 6️⃣ | **Stay & Enjoy** 🔥 | Revel in the beauty of Mansfield Glamping. Remember, we provide firewood for those chilly nights.   • How many people can you accommodate?
    The spacious bell tents at our glamp site accommodate 2 adults each. A whole site booking can sleep up to 20 people.
  • Do you offer on-site glamping?
    Yes! Mansfield Glamping offers on-site accommodation at out beautiful property in the High Country of Mansfield Victoria. Our site include modern bathroom facilities and a feature outdoor BBQ kitchen with all utensils.
  • Are you wheelchair and access friendly?
    Yes - The Mansfield Glamping site offers wheelchair access. Mansfield Glamping are dedicated to providing a once in a lifetime experience for all. If you have any additional need that you would like to discuss with us, please give us a call. We have a leaflet containing information on our bathrooms, ground surfaces and measurements. We can also discuss any other arrangements that you may like to put in place for your stay.
  • Do you offer mobile glamping and bell tent hire?
    Mansfield Glamping no longer offers mobile glamping.
  • What kind of glamping tents do you use?
    Mansfield Glamping offer accommodation in stunning and spacious Cotton Canvas Bell Tents. Our glamping tents are durable, reinforced and weatherproof, with heavy duty poles and pegs. They come with fully zipped in ground sheets and screen zipped mesh ventilation windows.
  • What is provided on-site and what do I need to bring?
    Mansfield Glamping provide the comforts of home in all bell tents including; a divine queen size bed, quality linen, pillows, blankets and towels plus select contemporary furnishings. We also provide solar powered lanterns with all our tents. Unless provided as one of our optional extras, you will need to bring your own food, extra water, and toiletries. We have potable water available. Eskys are provided and fans are available during warmer weather. You are free to use the outdoor BBQ kitchen which includes utensils. A small fridge is available in this area.You will be provided with a hamper of chopping boards and other essential items. No cooking is permitted inside the tents. There is individual use bathrooms with shower and toilet for your use.
  • Are you eco friendly?
    Yes! Mansfield Glamping is environmentally conscious and committed to ensuring our services are eco friendly. We employ solar panels for lighting; use eco friendly and recyclable disposables and uphold a minimal/zero waste policy.
  • Do you provide daily servicing?
    Mansfield Glamping will visit your site daily to check rope tensions. Servicing of linen, towels, and amenities is available on request for extended stays (conditions may apply).
  • Do your campsites have mobile reception?
    We cannot guarantee mobile reception at our glamping site. Mansfield and surrounds has very good Telstra coverage.
  • Do you cater for Weddings & Events?
    Yes! Mansfield Glamping specialise in creating stunning glamping experiences for weddings and events. We are proud to partner with local talent to bring you CHAPTER + CANVAS - a bespoke elopment agency for couples who want a private experience in the beautiful surrounds of our alpine region.
  • Do you offer any optional extras?
    Yes! Mansfield Glamping offer a range of lovely optional extras to enhance your glamping experience including: Breakfast & Produce Hampers Wine & Chocolate Packs On-Site Yoga Classes In-Tent Massage Therapy Bushwalking Tours Mountain Bike Hire Heli-Charter Flights and more...
  • Is there wildlife at the glamping site?
    From time to time there may be wildlife passing through the glamp-site. This includes deer, kangaroos, echidnas, wombats, possums and snakes. We highly encourage you to stay away from any wild animals as they can be unpredictable and need to be respected. All boundary fences are electric fences, please do not try to climb through or over the fences. Unless it is an emergency. Please note this is a working farm, there may be cows on the driveway.
  • Can we contact you during our stay?
    Yes, or course. If you have any queries during your stay please contact us on 0488 396 263. Please note: Some areas may have restricted mobile services.
  • What should I pack for my stay?
    While we provide most of the essentials for a comfortable stay, we recommend guests bring personal items such as clothing suitable for the season, sturdy shoes during winter months, phone charger, personal toiletries, any specific snacks or drinks they prefer, and a camera to capture the breathtaking views. If you would like ice for your drinks we recommend grabbing a bag on your way through Mansfield. Eskys are provided in the tents for your use and there is a large fridge in the kitchen for food. 💼 Travel light and stress-free, knowing we've got the essentials covered for you.
  • How do I book?
    Booking is a breeze through our user-friendly website, with our dedicated team always on standby to assist. Click the Book Now button, select your dates and tent and then fill in the form.
  • How comfortable are the tents?
    At Mansfield Glamping, we seamlessly blend luxury with nature. Our tents are equipped with queen-sized beds, luxury linen, and other amenities to ensure a restful sleep amidst nature. In summer each tent has it's own fan to help cool you down. For the winter months we have wood burning stoves inside each tents which help to keep you nice and toasty warm. (firewood is provided by Mansfield Glamping) 🌿 Experience the outdoors without compromising on comfort.
  • What can I expect from shared bathrooms?
    Our bathrooms are designed for individual use, ensuring maximum privacy. Each bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. and cleaned regularly. We also provide basic toiletries for our guests. Additionally, we take pride in offering wheelchair-friendly bathroom options. Experience the comforts of a modern bathroom in a natural setting, catering to all accessibility needs.
  • Do you allow children on-site?
    Mansfield Glamping is adults only. We dont have facilities for children or babies. Exceptions may apply for whole site reservations.
  • Does Mansfield Glamping allow pets?
    Only service animals are peritted on our glamping site. While we know how much you love your pets, as we do, unfortunately furry friends are not permited in our glamping tents. Any pet soiling identified will incur additional deep cleaning or replacement charges.
  • Are wood fires permitted?
    Our on-site location has a fire pit and fireplace for guests use. Please Note: Fire restrictions may apply.
  • Is smoking permitted?
    No. Unfortunately smoking is not permitted in our glamping tents. Please be aware that fire restrictions may apply. Smoking inside our glamping tents will incur an additional deep cleaning fee.
  • Do you have a noise curfew?
    Yes. There is a noise curfew of 11pm. Offensive behaviour or rowdy parties will not be tolerated and will result in the offenders being evicted from the site. This is to ensure all of guests have the best possible experience. Excessive use of alcohol is an unacceptable condition of your stay.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    Yes. Mansfield Glamping will accept cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the booking date. An administration fee will apply. Any bookings cancelled within the 2 week period will be charged the full booking amount. If your stay is physically not possible due to extreme weather events, emergencies or road closures, we will endeavour to work with you to find another suitable date for your glamping experience. Please Note: On Code Red days with extreme fire ratings the site is evacuated at 10.30am.
  • What are the site rules?
    Mansfield Glamping Site Rules 🌲🏕️ 1️⃣ Respect Nature 🍃: Please leave no trace. Dispose of waste properly and avoid disturbing the natural surroundings. Be aware the fences are electric as they are used for livestock. 2️⃣ Quiet Hours 🌙: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please observe a noise curfew from 11 pm. 3️⃣ Fire Safety 🔥: Use fire pits responsibly. We provide firewood, but always ensure fires are fully extinguished before leaving. Abide by CFA rules and avoid lighting fires during high fire danger periods. 4️⃣ Tent Care ⛺: Zip up your tent when leaving and remove any food to prevent attracting wildlife. 5️⃣ Check-In/Out 🕒: In-person check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. 6️⃣ Accessibility ♿: We pride ourselves on being inclusive.
